This year’s challenge is to fly a one-stage model rocket to an altitude of 750 feet, keep it aloft for 45 seconds, and return two raw eggs unbroken. |
|
The objective is to design and build rockets to fit different specifications given to us, such as speed, height, and hang time. We also sometimes have to find a way to make two eggs survive blasting off and landing. We use rocket simulation to test rocket designs and how our rockets would react to different types of weather. This way we don't waste as much time trying to figure out everything on our own. |
